SX-9000C介质损耗测试仪是一种测量介质损耗角正切（tgδ）和电容值（cx）的自动化仪表。可以在工频高电压下， 现场测量各种绝缘材料、绝缘套管、电力电缆、电容器、互感器、变压器等高压设备的介质损耗角正切（tgδ）和电容值（Cx）。与西林电容电桥相比，具有操作简单、自动测量、读数直观、无需换算、精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点。内部有标准电容器和升电压装置，在“内接"方式下使用，无需其它外接设备，便于携带。

Selectable normal/reverse, int/ext cap, CVT, int/ext test voltage.
